The amount charged comes straight from your calculation field, so a customer ordering three shirts is charged for three shirts without you touching anything. Every submission is then marked Paid or Due, and for a Due order you can regenerate a payment link and resend it to recover the sale.

Add a calculation field and write a formula that multiplies quantity by price, then add each product line together. You can build shipping, a flat handling charge, or a tax percentage into the same formula. The total updates live as the customer changes their order, which reduces pricing mistakes and lets you pass that exact figure to your payment gateway as the amount to charge.

You can collect the order details, but Google Forms has no built-in way to take payment, no calculation field to total an order automatically, and no PDF of each order - so you end up totalling orders by hand and chasing payment separately.
