Your form description prompt is sent to an AI provider to generate the form plan, then the resulting plan is stored in your FormNX workspace. Live form responses (submissions) are NOT sent to AI providers - they stay in FormNX. So the AI sees your "what the form should look like" prompt, but never sees the actual data your respondents submit.
