⚙️ Form Data Settings

There are two options in the Form Data Settings: Column Visibility and Enable Button.

Form Data Settings

Column Visibility​

The Column Visibility option lets you select which form fields will appear in the list submissions of the form. This way, you can focus on the most relevant data when reviewing submissions.

How to Use Column Visibility:​

  • Select the Fields You Want to See: Under Column Visibility, you see all the fields of your form. Select the fields you want to display in the List submissions.

  • Once you’ve selected the fields, save your form. Only the selected fields will appear in the list submissions.

Enable Button​

The Enable Button option allows you to show or hide specific action button in the list submissions.

View Button:

  • To show the View button in the List submissions, check the View checkbox.

  • To hide the View button in the List submissions, uncheck the checkbox.

Delete Button:

  • To show the Delete button, check the Delete checkbox. This button will let you delete submissions.

  • To hide the Delete button, uncheck the Delete checkbox. This will remove the option to delete submissions.
