I was invited to join a workspace by ABC, however, when I click the link, it states "please login using *the above email*. Despite logging out and selecting the link, it still won't allow me to join ABC's workspace

Please follow these steps to join the workspace:
Sign in to FormNX using the same email address where you received the invitation (or create a free account with that exact email if you don't have one yet).
Once signed in, you'll see the pending invitation at the top of your My Forms page — simply click "Accept the invitation" to join. You can also accept by clicking the "Join Workspace" button in the invitation email.
Once joined, you'll see the list of workspaces in the top left corner. Switch to the workspace to start using it.
