What is meant by workspace and how does it work? Say I want to build forms for 10 companies, does it have to be 10 workspaces or just 1 workspace?

For 10 companies you can simply send them emails on new submissions of their forms or sync the data in google Sheets for them to view submissions. Or if they need a more user-friendly way to manage submissions like adding tags/comments etc then invite them to workspace created separately for them.
