Using FormNX SMTP vs Custom SMTP for replies.
on the enable auto response there is an option to set a reply to email - I try that but when I use FormNX as the stmp the form sends an auto resonder but when person gets it they get a noreply email for Form NX. Where can I see the "reply to email". Please advise if this only works if I use custom STMP

If you use the FormNX SMTP to send emails, your users will receive those emails via FormNX. If they reply to the email, they will get a message stating that their response wasn't delivered to NoReplySubmission@form.formnx.com because the noreply email address does not accept replies.
But, if you add an email address in the "Reply-to Email" field of the Auto Response, when your users receive an email and wish to reply, they will be able to send their response. You will then receive that reply at the email address specified in the "Reply-to Email" field.
Additionally, if you use your own SMTP to send auto-response emails then your users will be able to reply directly to the emails they receive and you will receive the email replies at the email address you have added for your SMTP.
