The email confirmation to the person to fill the form and the admin can include a PDF with an exact copy of the form? If the form have logos, text and fields, can the PDF show that the same way appears to the person filling it?

As of now PDF have a generalised layout in tabular format but Yes, it'll have all fields present in the form along with the signature field.
