Sign in and Sign Ups.
Is it possible to do signs and sign ups before someone can access a quiz or assessment? Even if it is for free.
As of now, the Sign in and Sign Up feature is not available before accessing a quiz or assessment. But you can Enable the "Password Protection" feature for your forms, in this feature you enter the desired password for the form and this will be the password that users must enter to access the form.
Please refer to this documentation: https://formnx.com/details/docs/features/passwo... for more detailed information on how to enable this feature.
