If we build a waiver form in your system, can the generated PDF also include the text blocks that were on the form so that it is a full content copy of the form they were filling out, or is the PDF limited to their entries?

FormNX provides you the option to configure the PDF & Email. You can simply paste and add the text block in PDF or email so it'll be included in it.
You can use both of them to have a full content copy.
