I'd like to split up my form into multiple sections, deliver those sections to the customer, separately, at pre-determined intervals (based on when the last section of the form was filled out, and when the form is complete, allow the customer to print the form for their records which includes the question and the customer's answer. Is this possible?

Inside FormNX you can create one-page form or multi-page forms. Also there is a Draft feature to submit a form as draft & continue filling in half of form later.
But for your requirement where you want to send them different sections at different interval, it's best to use multiple forms.
