I am trying to pick email on the drop down for to and from it is not showing any email.

You need to add an email element to your form then you will be able to select that email element in the To field of the "Email to Responder" section. In the "Email to Me" section, simply add the email addresses in the To field where you would like to receive notifications for new submissions.
