I want to inform you that we have the scoring feature to calculate a total score at the end for users.
To achieve this you need to enable the Quiz mode in your form. Enabling the Quiz mode will allow you to assign points to the questions, select the correct answer to the questions, provide feedback for both correct and incorrect answers, and define a minimum and maximum range of points for grading. Grades will be auto-assigned to users based on their points. You can also display the scorecard of the test/quiz on the thank you page.
