Dispatch (prefilled) offline form to specific user?
I would like to prefill a form and sent it to a specific person/user. The user will need an overview of assigned forms/questionnairs. The user needs to pause a form and complete it on a later date. The forms also need to be filled in without internet. Is that possible?
