Can I use it to create multiple-choices questionnaires? If I can, can I create the questionnaires by importing csv file that contains all the questions, multiple choices, and answers (to speed up form creation)?
Yes, you can create multiple-choice questionnaires. Importing using CVS is not available as of now.
