Can I offer a personalized report for download individually for each user? I would like to briefly (automatically) respond to all the questions that the user has filled in and also rate and categorize them. Is this currently possible?

Yes, you can send an automated email to any user filling in the form.
You can also 'Attach PDF' of all questions & answers by the customers.
