We have created a form where potential customers can request a sample of our product. However the offer is only good in the US only. Are there any checks we can add to prevent non US people from requesting samples?

This means that people who select other countries will not see the submit button and will not be able to request a sample of your product. You can also display a message to people who select other countries, informing them that they are not eligible to request a sample of our product.
