How to activate or deactivate a form in FormNX?

Yes, you can activate or deactivate any form using the Close Date & Response Limit feature (previously called Form Scheduling).

Steps:

1. In the form builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. Open the Close Date & Response Limit section.
3. Set a start date and time (when the form becomes available) and an end date and time (when the form closes).

The form will be accessible to respondents only within the specified date and time range. Once the end date/time passes, the form will no longer accept submissions.
