📋 Create a form

With FormNX you can create & publish a form in under a minute.

Steps to create a form​

  1. Login into your formNX account. If you're new just signup here

  1. From sidebar go to Forms
  2. Click on "New Form" button

  1. You'll see a popup with different options, choose one of them.
    • Start from Scratch
    • Use a Template (Recommended)
    • Use AI — describe the form in plain English and let FormNX build it. See Create a form with AI below.

Copy Existing Form

Follow the steps as mentioned in the Screenshot below to copy an existing form:

Whenever possible Use a Template, it helps you make form faster, save time & requires less effort.

  1. Enter form name & click Create form button.
  2. In the form builder page drag-n-drop the form element or instead of drag-n-drop just click on the elements to add to your form.

  1. Confirm the form elements.
  2. Click Publish Form button
  3. Click Share/Publish button.

  1. Congratulations! your form is now ready to use. 🎉

Create a form with AI​

Instead of building a form field by field, you can describe the form you want in plain English and FormNX will build it for you. Choose Use AI in the New Form popup and type what you need, for example:

Create an event registration form with name, email, phone number, company and payment.

FormNX AI then returns a complete, fully editable plan before anything is created — the form name plus every field, with the right field type, labels and validation rules already set, and dropdown options filled in automatically where it can (US states, countries, and similar lists).

Nothing is created until you say so. You can:

  • Refine your prompt and regenerate the plan.
  • Edit the plan directly — add or remove fields, rename labels, or swap a field's type.
  • Approve it when it looks right, and your form is ready to open in the builder.

AI inside the form builder​

AI isn't only for the first draft. Once you're in the builder you can also use it to:

  • Add fields from a prompt to a form you're already working on.
  • Generate options for dropdown, single-choice and multiple-choice fields.
  • Write your notification emails, thank-you emails and thank-you pages.
  • Edit an existing form using natural language.
