🛡️ GDPR

This page is not intended as legal advice. Please consult with your legal advisor to determine how GDPR applies to your business.

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a privacy law of the European Union (EU) that empowers EU citizens and residents to access and control their personal data.

Does it affect you? If your business is situated in the European Union (EU) or if you handle the personal data of individuals within the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable to you.

What happens with form data?

FormNX provides a form service but does not own the collected form responses.

The responsibility for the data collected lies with the form creator, who acts as the data controller for respondent data. FormNX serves as the processor and securely stores information on behalf of the form creators. As long as your account is active, you (as the form creator) retain full control over the data collected and the duration for which it is stored. You have the capability to delete or export form responses from your account when necessary. All deletions are honored, and any form data deleted by you is permanently removed from our backups within 90 days.

How do you use my personal data?

FormNX functions as a data controller in the relationship between FormNX and our customers (form creators) for the personal information provided when using our service (such as registration information). FormNX does not sell personal data to third parties, nor does it utilize it for marketing purposes or advertisements. Your information is shared only with our service providers who assist us in operating our business, and these third parties are obligated to adhere to the GDPR framework.
