The Send Weekly Submission Report feature in FormNX lets you receive a summary of your form activity every week via email automatically. This way, you and your team can keep track of form progress without needing to log in.

What is the Weekly Submission Report?​

Once enabled, this feature sends an email every week to all workspace members with a summary report that includes:

  • 📄 Total forms created in the workspace that week

  • 📈 Total form submissions across all forms

  • ✅ Submissions received during the week

  • 📆 Date range the report covers

How to Enable the Send Weekly Submission Report Feature​

To enable Send Weekly Submission Report feature, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Log in to your FormNX account.

Step 2: Switch to the Workspace for which you want to receive weekly reports.

Step 3: Click on the "Workspace Members" tab.

Step 4: Toggle on the "Send Weekly Submission Report" option.

Step 5: Click the "Update" button to save your changes.

Steps for enabling Weekly Submission Report Feature

That’s it! Each member of the workspace will now receive a weekly email report.
